Roses to Armour | Story of the the Under Armour | Kevin Plank | Dry fit technology

Start up is all ways rockery road a student think to make money out from fresh rose sales end up been a billionaire. He thought there are much more things can be done doing T shirts. He start trying to figure our how to create an activewear T shirt that can drain out the moisture from the human body so that when he play foot ball its comfortable. Its non of other one of our time visionary Kevin Plank CEO & the Founder of the Under Armour sportswear.

Kevin Plank grew up in Kensington, Maryland, one of five brothers. His father William was a prominent Maryland land developer. His mother, Jayne,is a former mayor of Kensington.

Kevin grew up playing football for the Maplewood Maple Leafs, which have appeared in a few Under Armour commercials. He left Georgetown Preparatory School because of poor academic performance, but went on to play football at Fork Union Military Academy. He graduated from St. John's College High School. He later attended the University of Maryland

Entrepreneurial story

Kevin while at the University of Maryland launched various businesses of his own. He developed Cupid's Valentine, an annual business that sold roses for Valentine’s Day.

He put away $17,000 from the rose business, which eventually became startup money for Under Armour.

Under Armour & dry fit technology

The original concept for Under Armour was born out of frustration just like ordinary young sports guy who unhappy with cotton t shirts,as Plank was a “sweatiest guy on the football field”. Frustrated by his sweat-soaked cotton t-shirts' inability to keep him dry and comfortable, he started the hunt for a material that would wick the sweat from his body to make him lighter and faster.

Kevin did not end up looking his right material with fabric technologies, he meet university professors who is researching for new materials, he meet mechanical engineers and production engineers to figure out what exactly wrong with cotton T shirts and what material to be used for dry fit technology.

Plank finally got his answer its brushed Hydro phillic polyester fabric pushes the moisture out side of the garment and Hydro phobic layer efficiently evaporation the moisture with out loosing the body heat.

Keven & the UA doing so well

In its 18 year in business, UA has a come a long way from the small company that sold moisture evaporating T shirts that targeted at football players to second or third largest sports apparel and footwear brand.
Under Armour is not an underdog anymore, the company doesn't appear to be content with second or third place. Its fourth quarter results were impressive, showing meaningful year-over-year revenue growth in all parts of its business:
  • Apparel growth of 22%
  • Direct-to-consumer growth of 25%
  • International growth of 70%
  • Footwear growth of 95%

Futuristic | Apps | Gadgets
SiFi is here, by looking at the UA designs and new innovative Apps for mobile devices and the gadgets to connect those. UA bringing the future to the present and setting new level of technological beach marks sports gear & equipment's.

Those innovations at present been used for sportswear but who knows years pass by those can be used in various other industries such as Medical & Health
Care,Defense &  Education.

we are in to the 2020 soon and we are witnessing rapid growth of technological innovations and life the humans getting much more complicated and sophisticated are we really in alien civilization simulation game?

Trump is Alexander McDougall or John Hancock -1

4th July 1776 declared the United States of America an independent nation. Thirteen Colonies who rebelled against British control during the American Revolution win over the British governance.  Their rebellion was based on the political philosophy of republicanism. They were called “The Patriots also known as Revolutionaries, Continentals, Rebels, or American Whigs.
Masters of the revolution were Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and Thomas Paine. They were opposed by the Loyalists who instead supported continued British rule.
Patriots represented a wide array of social, economic and ethnic backgrounds they were
Lawyers like John Adams and Alexander Hamilton.
Planters like Thomas Jefferson and George Mason.
Merchants like Alexander McDougall and John Hancock.
Ordinary farmers like Daniel Shays and Joseph Plumb Martin.
Patriots also included slaves and freemen such as Crispus Attucks
Political revolutions 99% times ending up with bloody conflicts, as the reason that one or few guys opposing against the establishment, most of the time they were get butchered by an establishment or else up rising  is so powerful to over through the establishment. Patriots are mostly out siders they are often not in the game.
2016 US presidential election, There is kind of revolution and a moment building up, that’s Donald J Trump an out sider but was a contributor as off a sudden pop up and declared running for the POTUS. And Establishment or so call Loyalists jump through the roof laughing at DJ Trump.
Loyalists rush to find all the mud buckets about Trump and start firing mud cannons only the difference that 1770s and now is Media is the main battle gun, Social Networks, Printed newspapers to Huge Bill boards. Start bombarding trump spending millions of dollars. By looking at it I was thinking what the heck Trump wanted from become a POTUS. He already a president of a global mega organization living a gold plated palace with a beautify wife a model and his children already prepared and taking over his business empire. And now he is under the daily mud cannon fire, people are burning his dummies and burning those, protesters so much of headache. What is this man just doing what he was doing and contribute to the both party’s end of election congratulation do a negotiation next real estate deal with the new establishment, life is cool. But now he is leading a revolution, against his own party establishment, and ruling establishment, hammering those guys that got his contribution. And so much of flame and fires in various subjects and end of the season there he is securing the nomination before even convention.
Revolution as we heard all ways starts with a poor or middle class and people gather around him or her and move forward the revolution. Did we ever heard a wealthy guy who drop off from his comfortable chair and get on to the street? hmmmm not so much.
But I found two guys who did it more or less trump style..

Alexander McDougall American seaman, merchant, Son of a Liberty leader from New York City. military leader during the Revolutionary War. After the war, he was the president of the first bank in the state of New York and served a term in the New York state senate.
1763 McDougall gave up his sailing. French Indian war had ended and his wife Nancy passed so did his father. Changing carrier and losing two beloved he was left with responsibility for his three children and his mother.
Mc Dougall sale all his sailing assets invested in land and became a merchant and importer. In 1767 he had his business going well . He buy a land in Albany County and North Carolina.
He remarried buy though their increasing wealth earned them recognition, it did not earn them acceptance into the traditional society in New York City (The establishment).Longstanding members of high society such as the Livingston’s and the De Lancey's looked down on him as crude and unpolished (sounds familiar) .
McDougall became Sons of Liberty activities, and later was a leader in the movement in New York. NY city and the colony were in trouble by the Quartering Act, which required the colonists to provide housing and support to the British troops. (Sounds familiar? illegals in the city they bring crime?)
New York assembly had refused to pass approval for their housing in 1767 and 1768, and had been prorogued. Then, the new assembly (Loyalists)  of 1769 approved money for the quartering of British troops.
1769 McDougall wrote and printed an anonymous broadside, To the Betrayed Inhabitants” which criticized the assembly's approval and sparked the Battle of Golden Hill. He was accused of libel and arrested on February 1770 and refused to post bail, Dump in to Jail, spent two period for 5 months.

We all are in an alien Xbox ! - Elon Musk

Our reality, this universe can be an artificially made simulation in an alien video game. Elon Musk Tesla/space X CEO Mentioning this troublesome comment on a Code tech conference.
Musk previously made comments about humans is all ready Borg's comparing technological innovations. We are now making humans are more powerful spices on the planet and even in the galaxy.
Musk working on mega project Space X to colonize Mars. "We wannabe multi planet specie's that's what exciting"
Elon answered audience members question about his controversial idea about that the reality is an artificial game.

“The strongest argument for us being in a simulation, probably being in a simulation is the following: 40 years ago, we had pong, two rectangles and a dot,” Musk said. “That is what games were. Now 40 years later we have photo realistic 3D simulations with millions of people playing simultaneously and it’s getting better every year. And soon we’ll have virtual reality, augmented reality, if you assume any rate of improvement at all, the games will become indistinguishable from reality.”
Recode YouTube channel published the full interview and there had been critics. That the two interviewers comparing them older parents talking about "how to on the computer"

Elon was in Daily Show with Steven Colbear humorously answering how to convert the Mars in to habitable earth like planet. Fastest method to be drop the nuclear bombs on Mars and warm up the planet. Colbear replying"you are a super villain, that''s what super villain dose"
Artificial civilization simulation game idea was demonstrated in the TV show  Stargate Atlantis that Stargate Atlantis where in the Atlantis city two main actors played a game simulation but it turn out its actually represent a real life events in a two different countries following those game commands.
Are we all are not real ? 1/100000 times it could be !

"Bridges are better than walls" Hillary.

"We believe that cooperation is better than conflict, unity is better division, empowerment is better than resentment and bridges are better than walls."

Hillary Clinton delivered an emotional speech at this week primary winning speech  and she is closing to the nominations.

Clinton took few second to mention that Trump's proposed border wall not going to bring cooperation, unity and empowerment. And this is one of a stance that Hillary Clinton Campaign was promoting on her trial.

Question raised dose cooperation, unity and empowerment works all ways in politics and dealing with forign countries. Will it work with China ? How about russia ?  Years ago US anonymously cooperating ,uniting empowering arab youth to move on to streets to flip there governments. Wasted thousands of lifes and end up in wars and battles even US it self are suffering now.

Are bridges progressive?

Bridges by norm is a connection with a two divided lands or let's say groups. We tend to build bridge's to gain economical & cultural exchanges. Is it all ways progressive? Not , Not all way useful things we getting in and there are dangerous things too. So that in ancient city's all ways have a door or guarded to check on weather in coming are safe and out goings are authorized.

There must be a very good reason that some one to cross a huge natural barrier to a another territory.

Why we build the walls ?

Obviously to keep us safe and avoid the intruders . We build walls and fences arround our homes or business and countries.

"HIND is comeing" - True story

In 1990s One of a ruthless terrorist leader was winning against one of a mighty army's peace keeping force. In a middle of a pitch battle, one of a battalion above to over run by 1000 of  terrorists. First Japanese female battle Ship Commander

Meet Japan's first female warship captain
Commander Miho Ootani on the bridge of the Yamagiri

It is no easy task being captain of a Japanese warship.

There are China’s rising maritime ambitions, North Korea’s sanction-flouting missile antics and the shifting parameters of a pacifist constitution to deal with.

And for Commander Miho Otani, there is one more challenge to add to the list: the responsibility that goes hand in hand with being the nation’s first female captain of a Japanese destroyer.

Commander Otani, 45, made Japanese maritime history earlier this year when she was promoted to the senior-ranking position of captain of the Yamagiri destroyer, overseeing a crew of 220, only ten of whom are women.

The Maritime Self-Defence Force (MSDF) appointment marked a major step forward for Japanese women in the armed forces, long renowned as a male dominated world mirroring the nation’s sharp gender imbalance across the professional spectrum.

Today, there are 2,530 female MSDF personnel out of 41,774, with defence officials having set the fairly modest goal of raising the percentage of women service members from 6 per cent to 10 per cent within 15 years.

Commander Otani, however, has long been blazing a trail for women within the MSDF, with a growing list of “firsts” under her belt: she was one of the first female graduates at the National Defence Academy and more recently, she become the first female skipper of a training destroyer in 2013.

Her latest promotion carries even greater significance, with Commander Otani, who is also a married mother, facing a myriad of sensitive geo-political challenges, ranging from increasingly heated territorial tensions to tempering the rising maritime power of China.

It’s also a timely appointment for the prime minister Shinzo Abe, neatly complementing his policies of womenomics which aim to help revitalise the world’s third largest economy by supporting more women in the workplace.

However, speaking to the Telegraph on board the destroyer Yamagiri, docked in a picturesque green bay at the Funakoshi base in Yokosuka, 28 miles south of Tokyo, Commander Otani conceded her path had not always been smooth sailing.

After marrying at the age of 29, she was immediately asked by a male colleague when she was going to leave her job – a common assumption still facing many working Japanese women today.

She also admitted that male attitudes still needed to change today, in order to make policies supporting working women effective, while admitting her own personal “dilemma” of attempting to balance her career with being the mother of a now 12-year-old daughter.

Poised, polite and cautiously friendly, Commander Otani, dressed in immaculate top-to-toe whites with a neat black bow tying back her hair, talked from the head of a table in a meeting room with military-style clocks, photographs of Japan’s most senior politicians (all men) and reproduction Impressionist paintings on the walls.

Describing the inspiration behind the start of her maritime career more than 20 yeas ago, she said: “I was living life as a regular university student and I saw the Gulf War on the news.

“I was shocked to see what was going on in the world and how different it was from my life in Japan. I felt a sort of patriotism when I saw the news. That’s when I saw a newspaper ad for the National Defence Academy (NAD) recruiting female officers and I decided to join.”

She smiles recalling how she first encountered opposition e not from her male classmates, but closer to home: “My family was opposed to the idea. My father felt that the NDA was not a place for a woman to study, it was more a man’s thing.”

This, however, failed to curtail her ambitions in carving a new path for female officers:  “I wasn’t really thinking in terms of going up the ranks. I felt more compelled to fulfill my duties as one of the first female students of the NDA and to pave the way for future female students who would follow in my footsteps and open doors for them. I feel responsible as a female to open up doors for other female officers.”

During the interview, Commander Otani was cautious in providing specific examples of the gender discrimination that she and her female colleagues might have experienced in the MSDF.

However, after describing the moment as a junior lieutenant officer when she was asked when she was quitting her job after marrying, she said: “Back then, people were just not used to working with women so they did not know how females would work. So I felt responsible as a female officer to show everyone - with my own work ethics and attitude – that I could do the same jobs that my male colleagues could do too.”

As the mother of a daughter, plus having been married twice (her current husband is a fellow destroyer captain), Commander Otani is acutely aware of the modern day struggles facing working women trying to balance family with careers.

“My work is on a ship, so I have to be away from my family for many months at a time,” she said. “So I might have to ask my parents to help take care of my children. I feel the dilemma of not being there to raise my child.”

Among the biggest challenges facing women in the armed forces was not the task of creating gender-balanced policies – but the challenges of implementing them in a famously hard working culture, according to Commander Otani.

“Women can actually take three years leave after a child is born,” she said. “That’s longer than in the US. But the problem is that the policies are there, but no one is able to actually take advantage of them. It’s really about the mentality of people – especially male officers – together they have to come up with ideas to change this, so they can actually utilise these policies.”

The pursuit of a new generation of young recruits has prompted the MSDF to position itself increasingly as a modern and attractive work prospect – as reflected in initiatives such as so-called Sailor Idol, a nationwide contest to find the most popular male and female sailors.

The ten female crew members who work on board the Yamagiri most likely count themselves as particularly lucky to be working for the nation’s first female captain – with Commander Otani even hosting regular “joshikai” (female gatherings).

Among them was Mayu Kanzaki, 28, Japan’s first female gunnery officer, who spoke with warm appreciation of her captain: “She is very friendly and very fair.  She takes care of the officers and their families. She thinks it’s important for us to have a private life and feels responsible for everyone on board.”

And the main topic of conversation during her “joshikai”? “Gossiping,” said Officer Kanzaki with a laugh.

Commander Otani’s appointment was “highly significant”, marking new levels of support for female officers in the MSDF, according to Garren Mulloy, a British associate professor at the faculty of International Relations at Daito Bunka University in Saitama prefecture.

“The Japan Self-Defence Forces have generally been considered to be far behind the UK, US, Denmark, Australia and other armed forces in their consideration of women,” said Professor Mulloy. “This is not just a clear statement that there has been a sea change in policies and attitudes, but that the Japanese have caught up very rapidly and successfully.”

He added: “The socialisation factors within Japanese society make for a very much male dominated culture, and women who can learn to navigate and manage that environment will do well, but that will probably be a minority of women,” he said.

“The biggest challenge is possibly too much attention on her gender and not enough on her capabilities as a naval commander. Also as the trail blazer, any issue, error, or fault could be highlighted and used as an example of how 'women react', but this is what every officer in every force in the world has faced.”

Perhaps unsurprisingly, however, Commander Otani insisted that she ultimately felt unhindered by her gender:“I feel that male and females are very much equal in terms of careers. I get the same salary. […]There are some duties I can’t assume, such as going on submarines, but other than that, there are not many jobs that I cannot do. I feel it’s equal.”

We are all ready Borgs - Elon Musk

Everybody remembered The Borg from star track. The Borg is a collection of species that have been humans turn in to Borg by mechanical and electronics in plants. And they got super human ability to carry on the mission they assign to eliminating any resistance. Borg’s were frictional characters at the years of star track TV serious where we all believed it would never come true.

However Tesla and space X CEO Elon Mask said we are already cyborg with the use of new technology

"We’re already a cyborg," said Musk. "You have a digital version of yourself, a partial version of yourself online in the form of your emails, your social media, and all the things that you do." We already have "super powers," contends Musk, citing the world’s access to smartphones and personal computers. "You have more power than the president of the United States had 20 years ago. You can answer any question, you can video conference with anyone, anywhere. You can send messages to millions of people instantly. Just do incredible things."  But that’s only the start.

“We have company’s working for AI and even setting up neural link to human brain and computers”

“We are all ready cyborgs”

Proving Musk’s comments in the tech world do seeing much more innovations trying to link human physiology with the electronics and mechanical aids.

Musk was in rare form on stage with Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg at Code Conference 2016

Whats next ? After Berni drop out !

Whats going on Dems !
There is not much options remain amarican voters. Specialy in the Democratic party.

latest national telephone and online survey finds that 39% of Likely Berni Voters would vote for Clinton if the 2016 presidential election were held today, while 38% would choose Trump. Eighteen percent (18%) still like some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

It clear Sanders supporters just don't flip in to Hillary just because she is the nomini. They are going to flip in to Trump but for what reason ? Bernie and Trump policy,s are in the extreme end of the left and right wings

Next mega mind cracking issue in Amarican presidential election 2016 is

Could Republican presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump actually win the November election?
The Hillary Clinton Democrats are still in denial about this very real possibility. Both Clinton and the Democratic party have declared her their informal presumptive nominee. But now, the latest poll numbers have smacked her and the party in the face.

Trump beats Clinton in a one-on-one race, according to a new Rasmussen Reports pollreleased Thursday.

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump remain tied in Rasmussen Reports’ weekly White House Watch survey. But neither candidate has shown the ability yet to grow his or her basic support, despite Trump’s calls for party unity and Clinton’s hopes of quelling the Bernie Sanders revolt.

Where is the GOP fallens ?

Jeb Bush posted a statement on Facebook criticizing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and saying he will not vote for Trump in November.

In fact, Bush said he will simply sit out the presidential election. Bush said he cannot bring himself to voter for Democrat Hillary Clinton. Earlier, Bush's father and brother - George Bush and George W. Bush - said they would not attend the Republican National Convention in Cleveland

Ben Carson the next favorite candidate and now become a Trump Supporter had compared US as a cruise ship above to falling off from Niagara.

“America right now is like a cruise ship that is about to go off of Niagara Falls with tremendous carnage and death,” Carson said. “What you have to do first is recognize the problem, stop the ship, turn it around and move it in the other direction. I’m hoping whoever that third-party candidate is will just stop for a moment and think about what the implications are of allowing Hillary Clinton or someone like her to get in there and they get two to four Supreme Court picks and completely change the nature of this country and destroys the prospects for their children and their grandchildren to have the same opportunities that they had.”

Chambry is the new denim

Denim is not a new material for fashion world. Denim by norm is hard material mainly for casual outerwear. In common scene at least once we had a denim garment in our closet. But with the emerging of softer denim material chambray there is a new trend of denim is getting more formal wear.
Chambray fabrication technique emerging as same denim production method, only the difference is chambray using more soften and fine refined yarns so that material is giving more fresh and softener hand feeling.

While chambray and denim are often confused for one another, they’re not exactly the same fabric. A chambray is a plain weave fabric woven with a colored yarn in the warp and a white yarn in the weft. Like chambray, denim is made with a colored yarn in the warp and white in the weft, but is woven in a twill construction. The chambray’s warp and weft threads will alternate one over the other, while denim’s warp thread will go over two threads in the weft before going under one. Typically, you will notice a lighter color to the underside of a denim fabric, whereas the underside of chambray will appear much more similar to its face side.
