Under Armour & dry fit technology
The original concept for Under Armour was born out of frustration just like ordinary young sports guy who unhappy with cotton t shirts,as Plank was a “sweatiest guy on the football field”. Frustrated by his sweat-soaked cotton t-shirts' inability to keep him dry and comfortable, he started the hunt for a material that would wick the sweat from his body to make him lighter and faster.
Kevin did not end up looking his right material with fabric technologies, he meet university professors who is researching for new materials, he meet mechanical engineers and production engineers to figure out what exactly wrong with cotton T shirts and what material to be used for dry fit technology.
Plank finally got his answer its brushed Hydro phillic polyester fabric pushes the moisture out side of the garment and Hydro phobic layer efficiently evaporation the moisture with out loosing the body heat.
